  • In the rare case an order is not received, as per my policy, I must be contacted within 45 days after your order has been marked as shipped in order to determine whether a refund is warranted.

    Damages: Damages and loss can happen in transit from shipping. For Insurance claim reasons, You must provide images of the damaged prints AND packaging and it will be up to me if I will reprint the order or refund the cost of the damaged prints. Damage claims and lost packages must be reported to us within 45 days of the ship date so we can work with usps and fedex.

    Returned packages are treated as lost or damaged and the client must let us know the package was not received, we do not always get a returned package back right away so it is up to the cleint to contact us about lost returned or stolen packages. This also applies to orders that may be missing a print in the package, we need to know within 45 days of the shipping date.

    For international orders it can sometimes take upwards of 3 months to arrive - if you are an international customer, please let us know only AFTER 3 months have passed. The only exception to the 45 day rule is for international orders.

  • No, I can't accept returns as all prints, shirts, blankets, etc are made-to-order. All sales are final. Please be CERTAIN of the size you wear prior to purchase!

    Please allow anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for First Class International Mail to arrive. I will attempt to send out your order as soon as possible. Sticker orders will ship promptly, within 2-5 business days. Print orders take up to 2 weeks before they are marked as shipped.

  • Once ordered, please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing.

    Prints, Mugs, & Blankets are made-to-order.

    Stickers, T-Shirts, Hats, Puzzles, Hand Fans, etc are always shipped out within 4 business days (Unless I am away on a vending excursion).

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • At this time I do not take commissions or custom work. However, if you are looking to license my pre-existing work for your book cover, board game, album cover, etc please reach out to me via my contact form to discuss!

  • Originals are sold on a first come first serve basis. If you see something I am working on and are interested please feel free to contact me to reserve your spot once completed. If the original does not sell before completion the original will be put up for sale on my “shop” section of this website.

  • I use Winsor Newton professional watercolors, my personal brush set (available on my home page) Dr. Martins Pen White Ink for highlights, & Canson XL Watercolor paper.

    For gouache, I use a combo of Arteza gouache & Winsor Newton Designer Gouache.

  • If you would like to use one of my images as an idea for a tattoo, I do not mind. However, please purchase a "Tattoo Ticket," for $20 over on my webstore if you plan to use a pre-existing image, or purchase a print of the work instead.

    Remember; The design took me time to create and you are paying for a tattoo artist to use my design.

  • You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce the painting/print for profit or to use the image in any way without my explicit permission.

  • My best advice is to practice every single day! Youtube is an amazing place to discover great tutorials on all things art. I personally learned a lot over the years from watching process videos of my favorite artists on Youtube.
